Enrichment Fund

Dear families,

As you will be aware, we try to offer a range of opportunities and resources to the students in our care as part of our holistic Catholic education offer. We work hard to make the physical and educational environment as pleasant for our students as possible as we believe that it is important that students know that they are loved and valued. However, like many schools, our budgets are under pressure. We want to continue to support our students to experience more than ‘just the basics’ of a good education; we want them to have an outstanding one. I know that we are in a cost of living crisis so I am conscious that I am asking at a time when some families are just doing their best to make ends meet. Therefore, I hope that you will receive this pleas as it is meant. If you are in a position to donate either as a one off or as a regular donation, it would help us to continue to look at ways in which we can continue to ensure that our students can have access to additional resources and experiences that we would otherwise not be able to afford.  

The enrichment fund has enabled us in the past to do the following:

Add additional books to the library
Add air conditioning to a variety of classrooms
Provided football shirts for our girls’ football team
Supported in buying additional laptops
Built an additional canopy and additional seating for students on site
 

These have all supported students across our school community. Our next venture is that we would very much like to raise funds for a second minibus. This will enable us to support more students with the additional field sporting practice that they need as well as help us to access more off site activities.
